Manazar Gamboa was a Chicano poet and playwright who had spent much of his early years in prison. This collection consists of his plays, poems, and writing notes. It also includes research material on Chavez Ravine, the neighborhood where he grew up, which was demolished to make way for Dodger Stadium.
