This collection consists entirely of 78rpm recordings of the 1920s through the 1930s. They are in both English and Spanish.

Biography

Charles Rozaire is a UCLA trained, Los Angeles based archeologist and writer. Among his volumes are: Ancient Civilizations of Latin America : An Exhibition of Art and Civilization in Ancient Latin America, Archeological investigations on Anacapa Island, California, Archeological investigations on San Miguel Island, Archeological investigations on Santa Barbara Island, California, and, A Report on the archeological investigations of three California Channel Islands: Santa Barbara, Anacapa and San Miguel

This collection represents the youthful collection of 78 rpm record of both Spanish language cancions and corridos as well American pop music of the era. All are in excellent condition.
