Description

Russell Means, leader of the American Indian Movement (AIM), speaks against the Rodino Bill during a press conference at the Indian Center.

Historical note

The American Indian Movement (AIM) is a Native American advocacy group founded in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1968. The Rodino Bill proposed to revise the Immigration and Nationality Act by making it unlawful for any employer to knowingly employ any undocumented person in the United States who had not been lawfully admitted to the country for residence.
