Scope and Contents
This series contains materials related to professional and personal projects, instruction and work with students, and professional conferences and seminars. This includes: Mujeres Activas en Letras y Cambio Social (MALCS), Librarians Association of University of California (LAUC(, the Lesbian Legacy Collection, an index of lesbians of color, USC's Rainbow floor, the Librarians of Color Conference, National Association for Chicana and Chicano Studies (NACCS(, subject headings and indexing, Queer Frontiers, UCLA's Jotería Conference, research on photographer Max Vargas, the "Lesbians" entry for the Encyclopedia of Latinos and Latinas in the United States, on campus LGBTQ groups at USC and UCLA, her course on women in color in the U.S., the Lesbian Herstory Project, the Lesbian Oral History Project, and White Women Against Racism (WWAR) workshops.
Materials include readers, notes, peer reviews, course outlines and syllabi, correspondence, CVs, certificates, bibliographies and subject headings lists, articles and clippings, grant proposals and writing, interviews, teaching materials and resource packets, and workshop planning notes and writing.
