Materials in this series are primarily financial records for the Esparza-Katz 1992 production of Gettysburg, a historical depiction of the battle of Gettysburg. Financial records include receipts, cost repots, and payments made for production including housing, rentals, costumes, and music. The series also includes include scripts, audition materials, guild agreements, research, publicity, production schedules, correspondence, and photographs.

Biographical/Historical note
This series includes production material for the 1992 movie Gettysburg, which was adopted from Michael Shaara's 1974 novel "The Killer Angels". The four and 1/4 hour film is a depiction of the historical and personal events surrounding the decisive Battle of Gettysburg during the American Civil War in 1863.
