Scope and Contents

This short compilation focuses on two bills addressed by the City of West Hollywood and California's Senate. The first one is in regards to the LGBT discrimination issue perpetrated by Barney's Beanery and its insistence to apply for a beer license. The other one is in regards SB 982, a bill that would have charged an HIV positive person with a felony if found guilty of infecting someone else with the virus.
